Travel is usually an additional expense (billed at cost). See my Question and Answer section for more travel information.

Travel prices will vary depending upon if I travel by myself or with an assistant.

If you are near the Kansas City area, the travel will be included. If flights are involved, the travel will relate to the expense of the plane tickets, hotel, and rental car.
